I was part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing business that had ever-changing initiatives. As the Director of Marketing for nearly two years, I was the sole project manager and UX/UI design lead of an eCommerce website redesign with 3,000 skus from Volusion to the BigCommerce platform, all in accordance with the launch of a new ERP system, Acumatica. Website features vehicle fitment search, navigation with 5 levels, scrolling product pages, custom customer reviews, landing page design and development, and ongoing support site structure with SEO development. I was responsible for all facets of marketing including an aggressive email marketing strategy that involved abandon cart autoresponder series, back in stock, post-purchase review series, and weekly email marketing campaigns. I created and implemented our social and digital strategies including PPC management and led competitive research for new market product launches. I also designed our swag and might wear my tie-dye Van Cafe shirt and drive my van to our meeting.
